What is the Coin Flip / Dice Roller?

The Coin Flip / Dice Roller is a free browser-based randomizer for everyday decisions and games. It combines a classic animated coin flip (heads or tails) with a fully configurable dice roller — choose how many dice to roll and how many sides each die has, from standard d6 cubes to d4, d8, d10, d12, and d20 dice used in tabletop games. Every flip and roll is logged in a running history list so you can review recent results, settle disputes, or track a session of game rolls without losing count. It's useful for board games, tabletop RPGs, classroom activities, coin-toss decisions, and anyone who just needs a quick, fair random result without digging out physical dice or a coin.

How to use it

For a coin flip, click the 'Flip coin' button and watch the animated coin settle on heads or tails. For dice, set the number of dice and the number of sides using the controls, then click 'Roll dice' to see each die's result plus the total sum. Every flip or roll is added to the history log below, so you can scroll back through your last 20 results at any time.
